Base Villa - Phnom Penh

The guesthouse is in a great location, close to many tourist sites within walking distance. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool at the end of the day. the rooms have air conditioning, hot showers, and comfortable beds, providing a relaxing stay.

One downside is that bringing outside food into the common area is not allowed.

Area is so close to the sites like tuol sleng genocide museum within 10 minutes walk. Pool was included. Tuol Kouk district is worth your attention❤❤

I had an fantastic experience staying at Base Villa. the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. I stayed in both the room with a balcony and the double room, and while the double room was newer and nicer, both were comfortable and provided everything I needed. had a amazing night at a hostel in phnom penh. great food, drinks, and pool. close to supermarket and a must-see skybar. plenty of bakeries and coffee shops nearby. definitely a good value for the price.

Lovely staff, was really good, helpful in passport incident, great pool and bar, clean and basic twin rooms, powerful aircon.

For the price we paid, Base Villa provided great value. The room was comfortable and the location couldn't have been better, with the royal palace and genocide museum within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to check in early.

The bathroom could have been better, as the provided toiletries were limited to 1-2 small bars of soap. the Wi-Fi in the upstairs rooms was quite weak.
